Located within an overall significant residential masterplan, the Blythe Valley Park scheme comprises of 48 No. new build apartments, of varying mix, sat within 4 No. blocks. These are split between an element of affordable housing, alongside a series of build to rent properties. Furthermore, situated at ground floor level, a proportion of the blocks contain shell and core commercial spaces, with periphery parcel landscaping and parking.

Novus remain an integral driving force through and onward from the feasibility phase, successfully concluding the preconstruction phase, onto construction which commenced 2020Q1. The duration to completion being circa 12-months.

Aside from the delivery of the residential scheme itself, considerable liaison and coordination has been a requirement with various third party commercial operators, campus wide services infrastructure and immediately adjacent housing schemes. All of which has provided the need to swiftly flex and adapt to the varying shift in requirements.

The scheme, despite commencing at the head of the current pandemic and the complications that surround resource and materials, positively remains on programme with the contracted date being maintained.
