Delivered in its entirety over 7-phases in order to maximise and manage the crucial matter of funding and acceleration of income.
The scheme has been project management led and driven by novus since its inception and in conjunction with the client and wider team, has to date successfully concluded the preconstruction phase, having acquired planning determination, brought the site back to grade, prepared the contract for imminent enabling works commencement and landed on a fixed contract sum with the main contractor. Following the aforementioned enabling works, novus will continue to manage the project throughout the post contract phase and onward to completion.
