Working intrinsically with the Client, the scheme has been driven by novus since its inception, whereby it has currently concluded a number of key milestones to date, not least the varying stages of planning, multiple stages of design and the onward progression of the second stage procurement process.
The remaining preconstruction timeframe, with parallel demolition works of the existing site, will see the immediate advancement to commencement of phased construction; managed under a full turnkey project management delivery by ourselves.
